Last week Hudson discovered spinning around in circles and the feeling of being dizzy. He thought it was hilarious to spin and then try and walk. He'd fall down, laugh and do it all again. By the time we got the camera, we only caught a small spin.

Hey Emily! I saw your comment on Jessie's blog and had to hop on over to see what was up with y'all. I ran into Rachel Novak the other day and she told me y'all had finished up and moved on. I am so glad you have found what sounds like it will be a great position! I also am amazed that you have met another Emily with her own Hudson. That is really funny! I hope you are meeting lots more sweet friends. It is so hard leaving Gulf- nothing compares to it!
I also wanted to let you know, just in case you ever had any worries on its account, that the mattress, the one Papias may or may not have ruined ;), ended up being completely ruined in storage because of flooding. It actually cheered me to know that it was maybe already ruined anyway- it was easier to take the news when it was determined that it was definitely unusable. But, if Papi hadn't gotten it, the water would have anyway, so I hope that makes you feel better, if you ever felt bad (which I didn't want you to or think you should!) about "the incident." Plus, it's such a funny story. Well, except for the part where you lost your cat...
Anyway, hello from the Edemas. It is good to see y'all's smiling faces, even if they are n a still photo. Hudson is a real cutie! Y'all take care!
