Hodge Podge

Things have been going well the last couple of days. Hudson has been sleeping well, anywhere from 1-3 hours at a time. We did go to the park on Sunday and had a lovely time walking around enjoying such a beautiful spring day. Trent has been home the last couple of days for the most part, which has been nice. We're both taking a church history exam tomorrow, so we've spent the day holding Hudson and studying history. It has been hard to concentrate while holding such a cute little guy with big blue eyes staring up at us.
I also was able to plant some hyacinths in our front garden that Trent's parents and our friends Colin & Elisa gave us for Hudson's birth. It was fun to play in the dirt and get ready for summer. I'm looking forward to planting some annuals in a couple weeks.
A nurse came to visit us today to check Hudson over. This was a onetime event for Hudson's insurance. He weighed 8lbs! Everything was great except she talked to us about his breathing sounding like he had been intubated as well (the pediatrician told us this last week). It worries us, but it doesn't sound like there's anything we do about it when he's this little unless it gets worse.
Thanks to everyone who's left comments and sent e-mails, we enjoy reading them!
